1st Line IT Customer Advisor

Our client, with offices based near Stamford, is seeking a 1st Line Customer Advisor to join them on a full time permanent basis.

As 1st Line IT Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for taking customer calls, ascertaining issue, talking through processes to get systems backup and running, dealing with queries, logging call details, escalating to next level if more advanced problem and resolving system issues.
