Site Supervisor / Site Manager – Refurb and Maintenance
My client is a well-established Main Contractor with a trading history of over 30 years. They have a turnover of circa £15m and are growing at a controlled pace. They undertake a wide range of projects across, residential, affordable housing, commercial, education and cultural/heritage sectors.
- Our client is seeking a Site Supervisor / Site Manager to manage planned and reactive maintenance and small refurbishment works.
- The project is a renewing 5-year framework agreement in Hertfordshire.
The company have a really friendly team and a great working environment, They have an extremely low staff turnover. The successful candidate will have a stable career history working with main contractors. Experience in planned maintenance, reactive maintenance or small refurbishment projects, ideally in the public sector, is preferred.
