The Role:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an HR Administrator.  This is a superb opportunity for someone who has gained administration experience who is looking to step in HR (or you may have gained a little experience or HR qualification already).  Within this role, your responsibilities will be to coordinate all aspects of the recruitment and HR administrative

Main responsibilities will include:

•             Receive instructions from and manage the recruitment process with senior members of staff

•             All HR Administration relating to new staff, leavers and changes to employment contracts

•             Liaise with the marketing team in the production of the recruitment materials and advertising forum, proof read advertisements, job descriptions and person specifications for accuracy before they are published or distributed

•             Prepare and place recruitment advertisements in relevant media, whether printed, online or other, and to negotiate the best possible rates for such advertising

•             Keep holiday records up to date

•             Ensure that new appointments and start dates are notified as appropriate to existing staff/departments

•             Prepare offer letters and contracts for successful candidates for review by the Deputy Bursar

•             Assist the HR Officer with induction processes as required

The Person:

For this role our client seeking someone with previous administration experience with a desire to work in HR.  In addition to this they are also looking for someone who has:

•             Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

•             Be willing and able to take responsibility for recruitment and HR data administration and processes

•             Be articulate and an ability to maintain confidentiality.

•             Have a friendly nature, with a sense of humour.

•             Have personal integrity and the drive to do what is best for the pupils and the School

•             Be professional, reliable and well organised

•             Have good ICT skills and the ability to use management information systems and other computer applications

The Hours:
Monday – Friday (our client is happy to consider full time or term time only)

The Location:
Westbury on Trym (Bristol) with car parking – ideally 100% office based

Benefits:
Pension, free breakfast and lunch and access to gym facilities/ pool
The Salary: £20-22,000
