Senior Analyst – Birmingham, West Midlands

Role: Senior Analyst
Start date: ASAP
Pay rate: £550/day via an Umbrella company
Location: Hybrid

Duties:

– Deputise for the Economic Analysis Lead where required, supporting the management team to ensure that the delivery of economic analysis is delivered to agreed timescales and scope

– Communication of analytic outputs to a range of audiences, including senior clients and external stakeholders

– Challenge and scrutinise the efficacy of the analytical process

– Act as escalation for issues

– Draw analytic conclusions on outputs from commercial, transport and economic models, presenting compelling evidence and the case for change to senior stakeholders

– The post holder will be responsible for the management of external analytical contracts with substantial budgets

Requirements:

– Experience in leading projects and providing economic related analysis in a team-based or project environment

– Ability to explain complex analytical information to non-analysts in a way that is easy to understand, considering people’s individual needs

– Ability to analyse and interpret data from various sources, ensuring that risks and implications are identified
