Application Support Analyst – Preston, Lancashire

More about your role?
As our Application Support Analyst, you will provide 2nd line support to the core applications used by the Group. These include SharePoint, Business world, NEC Housing and Impact Response. Following ITIL V3 process frameworks you will focus on Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management. You will undertake the day-to-day‘ housekeeping’ tasks and systems maintenance to ensure that our systems are compliant.
As new versions or updates are released you will assist with testing and implementation projects. A full description is attached and we would encourage candidates to review this when applying. Please note: This is a hybrid role whereby part of your working week will be spent at home and the other will be based at our South Rings office, Preston.
More about you?
To be considered for this role you will have experience working within large business applications and data management systems. Ideally, you will have experience working with Share Point. At the interview you will be able to demonstrate experience in undertaking systems analysis, identifying and implementing business process improvements and use of mobile technologies. You will have proven xperi4ence using desktop and server operating systems, including Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows Server 2008R2/2012/2012R2/2016. As well as being able to work to deadlines and manage a busy workload you will have a keen eye for detail and be able to build strong working relationships
