You will be working for a leading digital transformation firm with a global footprint in 30+ countries. As an Account Executive, you will be focusing on bringing in new business in the Retail, Consumer Package Goods, and Manufacturing space. You will also be responsible for:
• Actively address qualified leads of a defined customer portfolio and represent the business and our services in front of customers and partners
• Be a passionate team player, who successfully contributes to the acquisition of a new business with our partners
• Use your CRM and marketing knowledge, ideally of Salesforce products (e.g. Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud) to identify the needs of different customers and partners
• Carry out market and competition analysis and constantly develop your own sales strategies
• Negotiate independently with decision-makers on the customer and partner side and coordinate your sales work, but also across departments, for example with project management team
• Analyse the sometimes complex CRM challenges of our customers in detail and present them with practical and effective solutions
• Prepare partner and customer appointments, software demos and workshops and carry them out independently, keeping an eye on the current trends and developments in the market
