Your new role

  • This role is to support the Projects team, providing an efficient administrative service, processing electronic requests for goods and services on the organisations purchase order system (e-Financials) and processing invoices.
  • In responding to supplier queries, there will be requirement to extract and analyse data
  • Data entry
  • Providing administrative support to the management team

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proficient in MS Office, including MS Teams and Excel
  • Good written communication skills and excellent telephone manner
  • Great attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
