A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a growing and successful company. This role will involve supporting the Operations Director and is best suited for someone organised and meticulous with excellent customer service experience. This is an office based role 5 days a week Mon- Fri.
Key Duties:
- Deal with customer enquiries
- Liaise with customers and resolve customer complaints
- Upload documents on system
- Take payments and upload invoices
- Support Operations director with admin duties
- Organising rotas and daily schedules
- Data entry and lots of computer work
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Great organisation skills
- Ability to work against tight deadlines and under pressure
- Previous customer service skills
- Good IT skills and Microsoft office
- Able to multi task and run schedules accordingly
