Located in Stevenage, StormX are supporting a local business who are looking for a Receptionist to join their team. You will be the first face people see when they come into the building and the first contact on the telephone.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and ideally be available to start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for internal and external visitors
- Answering calls and taking messages where required
- Ensuring visitors sign in/out
- Manage distribution of card park passes
- Organising incoming and outgoing posts/parcels
- Sign for general incoming deliveries and distribute deliveries including parcels
To be successful you will have:
- Experience working in a similar role
- Confident telephone manner
- Proven dedication and attention to detail
- IT Skills and MS Outlook
