Mess Accounts Administrator
Accounts Administrator – Huntington, Herefordshire
30 hours per week – Monday – Friday Fully flexible on hours!
- Following strict guidelines on Profit Protection whilst completing the following tasks
- Cash Handling and reconciliation
- Weekly banking
- Safe checks daily
- Check & receive deliveries
- Assist Managers on site with Admin duties/Hospitality deliveries/Audits
Main Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering telephones in a polite and professional manner
- Attending meetings and note taking
- Keeping the office tidy and presentable always
- Ordering stationery and supplies when needed
- Supporting staff by undertaking ad-hoc projects when needed
- Producing reports and presentations
- Answering email queries, usually through a central inbox
