About the role:
The position will suit a customer focused, logical thinker with the ability to self-motivate and great time management skills. Strong Excel skills and organizational skills are a must. Experience in an administration / coordination / compliance role within financial services would be ideal.
What you will be doing:
- Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation to delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams’ meetings and progress measurement activity which brings distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
- Compliance – Manage Monthly SLA’s reporting, monthly Billing reporting and Monthly auditing reports.
- Yearly Audit and Compliance (internally/externally).
- keeps release calendars up to date
- Secures resources in the team / resource deployment
What you bring:
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Some experience in business administration / coordination or an equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience working independently under general instructions
- Effective analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong organisational skills
- A bility to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature
- Financial services / Tech industry experience is ideal but not compulsory
