Cloud Architect –  London, South East England

Tasks:

• You will typically work in blended teams of Engineers, Architects, Cyber, Product and Delivery Consultants
• Knowledge of designing applications and infrastructures the across AWS, Azure and GCP
• Executing cloud strategy development and migration projects, designing and deploying cloud architectures, evaluating cloud application requirements and making architectural recommendations for the implementation, deployment and provisioning of applications in the cloud
• Delivering technical engagements with customers, as well as leading on pre-sales activities
• Understanding customer technology challenges and proposing and delivering packaged offerings and custom solution engagements

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Cloud and DevOps ecosystems, a passion for new and emerging technologies and the ability to be a ‘hands on’ architect
• Leading Proof of Concepts and developing best practice methodologies for implementations
• Experience in Architecting and operating solutions built on AWS, Azure or GCP with a strong understanding of security, performance tuning, resilience, and availability
• Significant experience in Cloud-Native Solutions Architecture, probably including time in regulated environments such as FS or Public Sector
• Understanding of Cloud Security, including Secrets Management, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Management on Cloud
