The opportunity

As a Compliance Administrator, you’ll be responsible for auditing asset data information, to ensure accuracy of data and compliance to policy and local work procedures. Also, ensuring auditing outputs are recorded to enable MI to be produced for feedback to the teams and individuals on their competency and performance.

Key accountabilities

  • Highlighting trends to support coaching and/or training requirements.
  • Operating office systems, processing documents, maintaining accurate records, and accessing information in the support of reporting activities.
  • Providing administrative support and assisting in an efficient and effective manner to contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives.
  • Resolving enquiries from both internal and external parties.
  • Compiling information, as necessary, to support the development of Management Information.
  • Delivering work efficiently and with precision within agreed processes, procedures, and timescales.
  • Accurately record, maintain and distribute relevant necessary data.
  • Delivering a quality experience and always act responsibly.
  • Complying with required health and safety standards at all times reducing risks to colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Building strong relationships and having the ability and determination to meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Proactive in all aspects of the work and have the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Attending and constructively participating in regular Team meetings as required. Where necessary attend internal/external training.
  • Working compliantly in accordance with all relevant Cadent policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and customers to develop effective relationships.
  • Seeking out coaching/development opportunities and being open to constructive feedback where necessary.
  • Being flexible and carrying out any other appropriate duties in accordance with business needs.
  • Working with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and managing daily workload effectively.
  • Gaining an appreciation/understanding of the processes carried out within the wider department.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving issues within the activities/processes undertaken.

You’ll possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • Competent in the use of standard desktop packages, i.e. word and excel.
  • Be motivated to learn new skills and tools and be flexible to deal with change
  • Self-aware and understands the personal impact on others
  • The post holder will be well organised, motivated, resourceful, and able to demonstrate that they are passionate about continuous improvement, with the ability to work accurately within tight deadlines and on their own initiative
