CRM Business Analyst – Norfolk

Opportunity:

Are you a Business Analyst with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud CRM experience? Does your experience include business process analysis, creation and delivery of business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment? Your role as a CRM Business Analyst based in Norfolk will involve designing and implementing business technology solutions for global CRM – Salesforce.com Sales Cloud.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Business process analysis, creation and delivery of business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment for a global CRM – Salesforce.com Sales Cloud.
• Working directly with internal customers to lead projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, develop and deliver key components of technology solutions.
• Participating in technical design, contributing insights and ideas that help translate business needs into solution specifications.

This is a 6 months contract which will be reviewed for a possible extension but everything is dependent on the individual and business performance.

The PAYE hourly rate is £48.45.

Skills:

To apply for the CRM Business Analyst role you will have the following:

• Salesforce.com in a Sales Cloud consultant/business analyst role experience.
• Solid understanding of sales processes.
• Understanding of and experience with system and data integrations.
• Experience and understanding of Agile and/or SAFe software development methodologies.
• Experience in a Salesforce.com Product Owner and/or Product Manager role.
• Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work).
• One or more current Salesforce.com certifications (e.g. Administrator, Sales Cloud, CPQ).
• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent years of professional experience in a relevant field.
