Summary
The Global Operations Program Manager is a position that supports strategic Operations initiatives and identifies and manages the prioritisation of opportunities to improve overall contact centre performance. This position is responsible to manage and represent Operations on projects; including but not limited to new or existing program launches, internal projects and initiatives.
The Global Operations Program Manager is expected to rely on their experience, functional knowledge, outstanding communication and leadership skills, attention to detail and sound judgment to plan and accomplish critical business and departmental objectives within a diverse range of business environments. This position requires very minimal supervision from senior management and is expected to consistently perform well while working independently.
In this position, the Global Operations Program Manager will work with various Percepta teams including operations, strategy, data and reporting, workforce management and others to identify, manage, support, and implement performance improvement initiatives. In addition, The Global Operations Program Manager will continue to ensure deployed initiatives are maintained as programs evolve to ensure consistency within the contact centre.
Responsibilities
- Manage and function as the Operations core team member on projects and/or internal initiatives related to program enhancements/upgrades:
- Act in a strategic liaison capacity, gather functional requirements, facilitate, communicate and monitor project progress.
- Risk identification, mitigation, identify short- and long-term organisational goals as well as strategic initiatives relative to implementation and system maintenance and/or upgrades
- Communicate and document key program requirements and status to clients, internal stakeholders including an executive audience
- Work closely with the operations team to understand their business and system problems and opportunities in the context of requirements. Work with technology teams, clients and management to identify solutions that enable the organisation to achieve its project goals. Help to improve business processes and work with the Business and Technology leadership to provide functional solutions. Support the deployment, promotion and achievement of departmental and corporate strategy, business goals and objectives take.
