The Role

Reporting to the HR Head of Operations, the HR Analyst will be a team member in a global HR team with a focus on data integrity and reporting, as well as system administration for the HR systems and tools to support the business to enable effective decision making and implementation of actions. Training on any external systems will be provided but it is expected that the successful candidate will have significant experience in utilising Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

  • HRIS super user to develop enhancements to the system as well as system configuration, reporting and security/ access settings.
  • Support and assist HRIS users both within the HR team and across the business. Keep up to date with any HRIS development plans by attending webinars, as appropriate, to assess and advise on future development and impact
  • Maintain HRIS ensuring compliance with Data Protection, Equal Opportunities and Employment Law.
  • Ensure data security and integrity/accuracy of people data through monitoring and challenging Users as appropriate.
  • Analyse, interpret and prepare people’s information and analysis in a timely and engaging manner
  • Strive to improve HR processes and the HR analytical service
  • Design reports to meet business needs including cleansing of existing reports and redesigning reports for effectiveness and providing insight and analysis as required
  • Support with annual performance and salary review process, including system requirements, data provision/ manipulation, reporting requirements and responding to queries throughout.
  • Support with other annual processes such as holiday rollover, budgeting and annual bonus review/ payout.
  • Provide monthly HR input to finance including headcount and vacancy reporting
  • Champion GDPR requirements for all information provided to internal and external parties
  • Provide ad-hoc people-related analytical support to the business
  • Work from and produce management information, maintain a high degree of accuracy, and provide up-to-date, accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of management and third-party suppliers including system providers.
  • Support the delivery of key HR initiatives which will include project work, gathering data, and reporting.
  • Continuously improve data integrity, engaging with key stakeholders and leading relevant people to ensure that data Integrity becomes part of the business-as-usual activity.
  • Understand and demonstrate the ability to work flexibly as part of a team and to take on new projects and initiatives that are considered to fall within the duties and responsibilities of the job role.
  • Previous experience in an international HR environment (preferably 2-3 years)
  • Experience in a similar role as subject matter expert, influencing decisions and advising key decision-makers
  • Knowledge of GDPR regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (the business language is English)
  • Experience working with HR systems
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
  • Strong data and reporting skills
  • Excellent IT and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Analytical thinking, use of initiative
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines when needed.
