What you will be doing…

Design and implement infrastructure solutions to support business needs and growth
Ensure the security and reliability of our infrastructure by monitoring systems, identifying issues, and proactively addressing them
Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement best practices and ensure that our infrastructure meets the needs of our business and customers
Manage and maintain our virtualized and physical server environments
Manage and maintain our storage and backup systems
Manage and maintain our networking infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and routers
Troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure and provide timely resolutions

What you will need…

At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure engineering
Experience working in technical 2nd/3rd line support
Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
Familiarity with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently
