IT Security Manager – London, South East England

We are seeking an experienced IT security manager to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of implementing security in Microsoft environments and experience using SIEM, EDR, and AVS. The successful candidate will work with MSSPs, Windows, Azure Active Directory, Fortigate VPNs and firewalls.
Responsibilities:

• Design and implement security measures to protect company information and systems
• Oversee the deployment of security technologies, such as SIEM, EDR, and AVS
• Manage security incidents and develop response plans
• Collaborate with MSSPs to ensure effective security operations
• Administer Windows and Azure Active Directory
• Configure and manage Fortigate VPNs and firewalls
• Stay current with emerging security threats and best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT security management
• Expertise in implementing security in Microsoft environments
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, and AVS
• Knowledge of Windows and Azure Active Directory
• Experience with Fortigate VPNs and firewalls
• Ability to work with MSSPs
• Strong communication and leadership skills
