OFFICE ADMIN ASSISTANT REQUIRED – IMMEDIATE START
We are looking for an Admin Assistant to work on a Full Time Basis Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (There is also a requirement to work approx 1 in every 7 Saturdays once fully trained)
Applicants must have experience using Microsoft applications (Particularly Excel & Word), be confident using a desk top PC, and MUST have some general Office experience. Applicants must have an excellent telephone manner and be motivated and hard working with a can do attitude.
DUTIES/ROLE:
– Answering the Office Phone to answer Queries from Housing Officers/Tenants/Engineers
– Answering Queries via Email from Customers/Clients
– Filing & System Updating/Data Entry/Input
– Making Calls to Book Appointments
– Assisting Director/Management with Ad Hoc Admin Tasks
WORKING HOURS:
Mondays – 9am-5pm
Tuesdays – 9am-5pm
Wednesdays – 9am-5pm
Thursdays – 9am-5pm
Fridays – 9am-5pm
Saturdays (1 in 7) – 9am-5pm
(40 Minute Paid Lunch Break)
BENEFITS:
Initial Hourly Rate of £11.50 per Hour (During Trial)
Raising to £12.00 per Hour after Trial
Monthly Pay (PAYE) – Last Working Day of the Month

CURRENTLY: The Old Courthouse, Grays, RM17 5DD (*NOTE: Due to Growth, Within the next 3 Months we will be moving to Tilbury Riverside Centre (RM18 7ND) – Please consider this when applying re Commuting to work)
TRIAL:
Initial 3 Month Trial
