We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a market leading company in the South West.

The role is full time and onsite based in Plymouth.

You will be an Admin expert with some experience and interest in social media.

You will be the go to for admin support, you’ll be very organised and enjoy working in a role that is diverse and busy.

  • 36.25 hours per week (Hybrid and Flexible working may be available).
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays increasing to 25 days annual leave after three years’ service.

Main Duties:

  • Providing admin support
  • Suporting with planning and completion of meetings
  • Diary management
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Attendance at careers events
  • Answering phones, switchboard and intercom, taking messages
  • Dealing with daily post
  • Using social media
  • Supporting events
