Join us as a Central Support Administrator and become a crucial part of our commitment to excellence. We’re on the lookout for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join the team who provide administrative support to our Pensions Administration team within our Winchester office.

What will you be doing as a Central Support Administrator?

  • Client Helpline Answering client helplines and performing initial security checjs prior to assisting with customer queriers or managing changes of personal details
  • Post Management Open and scan daily post, integrating it into our workflow system. Distributing scanned documents to team members and maintaining and updating postal logs in accordance with GDPR regulations
  • Print Management Assist in bulk print and mailout exercises
  • Mailbox Management Monitor and manage the Pensions Enquiries bon and the team’s mailbox. Forwarding relevant emails to the appropriate teams and allocating tasks into the workflow system.
  • Record Keeping Update and reconcile postal logs. Maintain member records on the Pension Administration System and Member Portal, ensuring accuracy and compliance with service level agreements
  • Correspondence Create and manage correspondence for member updates such as change of name, dates of birth, expression of wishes
  • Adhoc Administration Supporting client administration teams with tasks such as booking internal meetings, arranging invites, coordinating room logistics and ordering lunches. Manage calendar invites and make travel arrangements

What skills, qualities and experience are we looking for in a Central Support Administrator?

  • You’ll be a well-organised, reliable and personable, with at least a year of experience working within a busy office environment
  • You’ll have the ability to work using your own initiative as well as part of a team and have a willingness to learn and help
  • You’ll thrive on working to tight deadlines and delivering excellent customer service in accordance with either internal or client service level agreements
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and flexibility are attributes you will have in abundance!
