Reassured Ltd is the largest non-advised life insurance intermediary in the UK with established locations in Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Southampton, Manchester, Bristol, Bournemouth and Chester.
We launched our new Advised business offering in 2021 and continue to grow our sales and support teams across the entire business this year. We arrange over 15,000 new customer life insurance policies per month with leading sales conversions and customer satisfaction metrics. The business is outbound, B2C sales from internet generated customer enquiries.
The role will be responsible for completing, updating and keeping accurate records of customer data. In addition they will manage any customer queries received and will be liaising with insurance companies and internal departments as and when necessary. They will also be responsible for ensuring that customers’ packs are issued, the IT system is up to date, medical consent forms are dealt with effectively, and cash back and vouchers are sent to customers when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing customer policy packs, ensuring 100% accuracy
- Opening and distributing the mail
- Keeping databases and spreadsheets accurately updated
- Scanning documentation and saving to client folders
- Liaising with insurance companies and internal departments as and when required
- Recording and posting agreed vouchers and cashback to eligible customers
- Answering queries received by telephone and e-mail
- Producing reports for management review in an accurate and timely manner
- Other ad hoc duties to assist the smooth running of the business
