Venn Group are currently partnered with a large healthcare organisation in the Greater Manchester area who urgently require an interim fulltime Administrator.
The key role responsibilities are:
- Answering inbound and outbound calls, and transferring them to the relevant team
- Recording, uploading and updating data on the Electronic Patient System
- Typing up medical letters
- Booking and rescheduling appointments, as well as sending out appointment letters
- There would be occasion where the candidate will be required to take minutes at multi-disciplinary meetings
- General admin duties including photocopying and scanning documents onto the system
- Processing referrals to other departments/ external services
- Providing support to the wider team
