We are on the lookout for a new customer service advisor who will be the first port of call for customer enquiries. This is a busy role and requires someone who is self-assured.
For this customer service role you ideally you would be a naturally organised, methodical person, who has a solid background in customer service. Robust, with strong problem solving and excellent communication skills. You will need the ability to multi-task in a busy office environment, prioritise your workload, and take full ownership of your role. Working well within our small team is essential, but also having the ability to make informed decisions alone is key.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience
- Capable of building good customer relationships.
- Respond to customer calls and e-mails in a timely manner.
- Processing orders & inputting data to our custom system.
- Dealing and resolving customer queries
- Receiving and managing phone calls in a friendly manner.
- Able to deal with workload under pressure.
- Competent in word and excel.
- Maintain and update customer service records across Microsoft packages.
