  • £20000 to £27500 basic salary, dependent on experience
  • Up to £8125 in extra commission
  • £28125 to £35625 complete on-target earnings
  • Company Car
  • Fixed working hours: 08:30-18:00 (Monday to Friday), 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday’s, with a day in lieu in exchange)

The responsibilities of a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Wolverhampton

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

The skills and abilities you will require to be a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Wolverhampton

  • A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Previous experience in a Property Manager role, or customer-facing and/or administrative roles if no prior property management history
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Good telephone manner
  • IT skills
