Kiosk Supervisor – YO! Kiosk
Hourly Rate: £11 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the multi-site/cluster manager with the daily operation of the kiosk including the whole shift in the absence of the manager overseeing food prep and service standards
- You will manage stock and ordering to ensure you and the team hit production and waste targets
- You will ensure budget is hit by managing labour and food costs as well as gross sales to achieve profit
- Lead consistent standards and analyse profit performance
- Drive standards and lead team to achieve high levels of customer service
- Know and understand what it means to deliver amazing service
- Create an engaged team with a culture of team work and support
- Work closely with the manager to assess teams skills and knowledge gaps to help build and maintain a high performing team
- Train team in a supportive and motivating manner providinig constructive feedback
- Drive systems through coaching and spot checking and be a role model
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Promote a safe and healthy working environment by leading by example and report any issues
- Achieve a level of service through constant monitoring of brand standards
- Support teams opening and closing locations and provide leadership during operating hours – be flexible to support other kiosks when needed
- Support and cover an emergency shift when needed

- You will have excellent communication and attendance and follow our absence policy ensuring you are available to work when required
Key Experience:
- Must have some leadership experience in a similar environment with the knowledge and confidence to deliver consistently high standards in food quality and business targets
- You will understand what it means to deliver amazing customer service
