During his recent vacation in London, Shubman Gill posed for a photo with his close friends. He last appeared on the field during India’s defeat to Australia in the 2023 World Cup final.
Gill was expected to do well in the tournament by all. But initially, he had to miss a few games because of dengue. Following that, the young player participated in nine games and accumulated 354 runs at an average of 44.50, including four half-centuries.
Shubman Gill was rested for the five-match T20I series against Australia, along with several other players. Next week, he will play again when India embarks on an all-format tour of South Africa.
During the break, Gill travelled to London with his friends in order to recuperate before an important tour of South Africa. A few photos from Gill’s vacation were posted on Instagram by one of his friends, Raghav Sharma.
Virat Kohli is also in London with his family while captain Rohit Sharma recently returned to Mumbai after holidaying in the city.
