An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join this global automotive component supplier, synonymous with quality and a reputation for excellence.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of multi-skilled maintenance engineers on a days rota, leading the team on best practise activities across a highly automated plant.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Manage, organise and co-ordinate all Maintenance supervisory personnel to ensure maintenance plant KPI’s are adhered to.
* Lead weekly team Maintenance meetings, planning all maintenance related activities to improve H&S, OEE and maintenance KPI adherence.
* Co-ordinate all major breakdown activities and ensure 100% compliance to scheduled maintenance activities.
* Ensure all statutory and mandatory inspections are up to date and resulting actions are rectified.
* Ensure training and development needs of the department are fulfilled
* Undertake appraisals and promote staff and environment improvement activities.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

* ONC / HNC / recognised Apprenticeship in an Engineering discipline
* At least 5 years working in a fast paced, JIT manufacturing environment
* A proven track record of managing / supervising multi-skilled engineers in a manufacturing / maintenance environment

Package and Benefits
