My client is a vibrant growing B2B tech company with a unique product focused on data analytics, targeting both C-Suite and Sales & Marketing. They are looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong bias toward demand generation tactics to join their small but highly focused and passionate marketing team. LOCATION: Offices are based near Liverpool Street Station; the expectation is you need to come into the office 2-4 days a week, they are flexible but encourage team collaboration in the office.
THE MARKETING MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Leverage a variety of digital marketing channels to create demand for the sales team.
- Own the end-to-end process for all email and social media marketing campaigns. Using data at the heart of everything – owning the reporting on inbound marketing activities, including building reports or dashboards.
- Working closely with the sales team and customer success teams
- Use test and measure tactics to drive campaign optimization and improvement.
- Tracking and managing activities in Salesforce, including contributing to configuration requirements
- Experiment with a variety of digital marketing channels with the goal of converting leads into MQLs via nurture programs.
- Collaborate with wider marketing team on Content, from ideas to execution and distribution.
THE IDEAL MARKETING MANAGER WILL HAVE:
- Demonstrable marketing experience within B2B marketing
- Experience at running email marketing campaigns.
- Experience of using Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Confidence as an Excel User – able to manipulate high volume data and use pivot tables.
- Hands on roll your sleeve approach to get involved in any marketing activity to drive commercial growth.
- Desire to learn and improve.
