Mechanical Technician – Cheshire
Job Title: Mechanical Technician
Salary: From £36,000 > to £40,000 per annum plus company benefits and pension.
Location: Mobile (Cheshire) – predominantly Alderley Park, Alderley Edge Cheshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (Standby / on call 1 week in every 5)

What will you be doing?
- Carrying out on site operation and maintenance of a range of industrial utilities equipment such as Combined Heat and Power plants, LTHW systems, Steam Boilers, Waste Heat Boilers, Combination Boilers with associated Plant, Air Compressors and Water Treatment systems
- Effective completion of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities on a range of mechanical systems
- Responsible for the operation, maintenance and publication of plant quality records and reports, including implementing Safe Systems of Work to include production of Permit to Work, Risk Assessments and Method statements.
What are we looking for?
- A strong proven engineering background within the Engineering and Maintenance industry
- Have an engineering time served apprenticeship qualification and ONC or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
- Full UK driving license
