Highly organised, very proactive, extremely responsible, very capable, experienced Office/HR Manager wanted to work at our fast-paced, innovative, alcohol gifting company’s head office based on Melbourn Science Park, to handle a huge variety of Office Management, Facilities, H&S, HR and IT tasks, as well as First Aider and Fire Marshal duties (SJA training will be given).
While you will need to take sole responsibility for many of these tasks from the outset (eg ensuring our offices are safe and running smoothly, managing staff absences, drafting H&S risk assessments, organising computer maintenance, ensuring staff comply with company policies), you will also have the opportunity to assist one of the Directors with others (eg recruiting, onboarding, updating HR and H&S documentation, and possibly even organising an office move next year), so that you can take ownership of those in time.
Although we would like you to have a certain level of Office Management, HR and/or H&S experience and be very computer literate already, you will also be able to call upon our external HR and IT consultants for advice where necessary.
