Salary: £55,250

Description: We are currently working with a well-established, independent community pharmacy group who are looking to recruit an experienced Pharmacist Manager for their branch based Boston. The Branch a fantastic, and well-structured team in place making the daily running of the pharmacy run as smooth as possible. It is currently doing around 3000 items per month.

We are looking for an individual who will work proactively to develop and improve community services, who can provide effective leadership, and help the continued growth of the pharmacy.

The Working Hours for the role are:

Monday – Friday 09:00-18:00

Saturday – 09:00-13:00 (Rota basis)

You will need the drive to be proactive in providing an array of services in a community pharmacy and a strong leader who knows exactly what it takes to make the whole team tick and is focused just as much on building relationships as you are the business. If you love nothing more than getting to know customers as well as being proactive in providing an array of services in a busy community pharmacy, you could be the person we are looking for

Person Specification:

Candidates MUST be a GPHC registered pharmacist with previous managerial experience
