The role’s key purpose is to get to contract, fulfilling the Global Service Planning Assurance quality gates while presenting a competitive and efficient delivery approach to our customers, taking into consideration interdependencies across the whole solution and the customer estate.

Description
Location: Birmingham, London, Manchester
- Responding to the customer business objective by shaping the delivery approach, articulating the assumptions, dependencies, and risks
- Producing and completing Global Service Planning Assurance deliverable
- Providing bid text and inputs to contract schedules
- Initiating mobilization in the last phase of a bid, starting from Front Door requests when required.
Throughout the bid cycle, you will have to develop and demonstrate:
- A clear understanding of the difference between Transition and Transformation
- Volumetric analysis
- Delivery strategy

Technical and Service delivery approach (exact scope depends on the bid requirements):
- Minimum understanding of Service and the dependency on setting up the Service Desk for Transition or Transformation (hand over to service)
- Identification and understanding of interdependencies between Technologies and/or services – a key skill to define the critical path
- Understanding the scope of the bid
- Experience in using Lessons Learned and ability to call out issues
Commercial approach:
- Business benefit from understanding to prioritize delivery and challenge non-value add requirements
- Break down the costs into service towers, potentially into regions/countries as well
- Ability to review and write Contract Schedules
Presentation skills:
- PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and MS Project fluency
- Ability to lead internal and customer workshops
- Explain and engage with internal stakeholders at different levels to get buy-in and commitment
- Defend the delivery plan including the resources required
Profile
- Experience in delivering at least one of the following: Enterprise Voice solution on-premises or in the Cloud with Number porting, Contact Centres, WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, and Service Desks under the ITIL framework
- Demonstrated Project management skills e.g. Stakeholder management, prioritization, time management, risks identification and management, business benefits, and business cases
- Ability to deal with uncertainty and make working assumptions to progress the bid submission
- Analytic and numeracy skills
- Presentation and writing skills with the ability to produce and review slide decks or Contract Schedules
