Job Profile:

We are currently seeking a talented Python Backend Developer to join our team who together will develop a new integration solution for our Finance Systems. You will provide your Python expertise that will develop implementations and day-to-day Operations of systems integrations based on RESTful APIs in an efficient and professional manner.

Our Agile delivery model is maturing, so you will work collaboratively with our Delivery teams and Solution Architects, to develop and provide coding best practices and Continuous Improvement for data integration and transformation components. Our Autonomous Finance team is London based

Meet the business requirements and implementation needs of our Autonomous Finance internal Team. in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with any agreed standards and procedures.
Expand your knowledge within their discipline by working with colleagues and Technical Forums.
Provide support to colleagues within the Autonomous Finance team.
Take opportunities to lead development of integration solutions or standards, tools, and frameworks.

What you need to have:

Proficient Python Backend developer
Experience in or working with the FastAPI framework with robust experience around the use of ORM framework in particular SQL Alchemy(required)
Previous experience in developing RESTful APIs based on the FastAPI framework.
Familiarity with relational database backend like Postgres or Oracle. (required)
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (required)
Enthusiasm for and commitment to producing high quality work within the frameworks.
Effective communication skills with the ability to present and document the work being delivered.
