12 Month Maternity – We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join our technical / compliance department on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm role – Based in the office with frequent time within the factory.

The rate for this role is £13.00ph

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transfer of products from NPD process into the factory ensuring all paperwork and standards are in place and accurate at point of launch and following any changes, and the co-ordination of external product testing and escalation of adverse results.

  • Preparation of visual standards – Factory Mini specs, QAS standards, Packaging standards, Customer Product standards, etc
  • Supplier specification maintenance.
  • Factory equipment programming with product info.
  • Raw Materials / new product risk assessments
  • Product traces / SAP
  • Reporting – KPIS, Micro, ACS, nutritional’s etc.
  • Product cook for tasting / nutritional testing
  • Document Control
  • General support and involvement in Technical Team activities
  • Use of Excel and Power point at intermediate level.- advanced training will be target
  • Knowledge of Site product portfolio and manufacturing processes
  • Understanding of relevant Food law and food technology
  • SAP competent
  • Written and spoken English to a level sufficient to communicate effectively with all staff levels at Site and visitors.
