Recruitment Coordinator – Rochdale, Lancashire
Apollo Home Healthcare have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our established team in Heywood, Lancashire. We specialise in the provision of highly complex healthcare services that are delivered to our clients in their homes. In the role of Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for the interviewing and onboarding of Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers, ensuring that their skills and experience align with the needs and requirements of our service users.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where you will be conducting up to 6 interviews per day along with the below;
- Obtaining ID and RTW documents with the support of our central compliance team
- Booking successful candidates onto mandatory and specialist training at the local office
- Carrying out new starter inductions
- The processing of timesheets
- The collation and processing of recruitment files and ensuring accuracy when sending through to the Central Team.
Essential Experience:
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Previous recruitment/compliance experience
- Excellent attention to detail
There will be no cold calling involved as our Central Recruitment Team are responsible for sourcing candidates and carrying out telephone screenings, ahead of booking candidates in for an interview with the local office. This is where you then come in and guide the candidate through our interview, onboarding, induction and training process, ensuring that they have everything they need in preparation for their first day.
Details:
- Full Time – Permanent
- Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (37.5hrs)
- Office-Based – Heywood, Lancashire
- Salary of up to £25,000 per annum
- The potential to earn a quarterly team bonus of £1,000 – £2,000 per annum, based on targets.
