The Senior Commercial Manager role.

  • You will manage a range of commercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and management of subcontract work packages through to the final account.
  • You’ll be keen to minimize risk, and cost and maximize value by cost checking and analysis of labor, plant, and materials.

Your profile

  • You will have a degree in BSc Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or equivalent experience/memberships
  • You will have construction industry experience with a main contractor running large projects
