The Performance Engineer’s duties and responsibilities will include:
– Support and improve production metrics of output, yield, and waste reduction through and range of dedicated projects
– Lead performance improvement through identification of any losses through various tools and implementation of improvements in particular areas identified
– Utilise previous experience within a COMAH site and operating as a technical expert within this environment
– Providing operational and improvement expertise throughout a multi disciplined team of Hazops
– Delivery of operational compliance and SHE performance
– Skilled in documentation, report writing and site wide compliance around various technical functions
– Enable the plant to continuously improve in all areas to develop safety, quality and delivery
We are very keen to speak to you if you have the following skills and experience:
– A degree in chemical, process engineering or similar
– Experience on COMAH site
– Computer literacy is essential (MS Office, AutoCAD, Solid works, etc). with good report writing skills being advantageous
– Continuous Improvement / Project experience on highly regulated sites
– Working cross functionally with technical and leadership teams
