Service Technician Inverness

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our client in the Onshore Wind Sector in the Inverness and Sutherland areas.

This is a permanent role carrying out electrical and/or mechanical maintenance and repair activities on our clients Wind Farms in the area.

You will be working at height and so need to be confident in that environment but all appropriate training courses will be given.

Specifically you will need to have experience with 3 phase systems, servicing, fault finding and systems maintenance. If you have experience with PLCs and control systems this will also strengthen your application.

Candidates must have a strong background in heavy industrial maintenance or a similar environment such as manufacturing, plant, marine or the Armed Forces.

Candidates with an Electrical Bias and/or Wind Turbine Maintenance experience will be desirable, however Multi-skilled Mechanical Technicians will be considered.

Due to the on-call responsibilities of the role, you must live or relocate to within one hour of the Inverness Service Station and have a full UK driving licence and vehicle.
