Software Architect – West Sussex

Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
- Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interfaces of desired product
- Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
- Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
- Successfully communicate all concepts and guidelines to development team
- Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
About you:
- Full stack developer/architect with .NET coding experience
- Essential technical knowledge: C# .NET / .NET Core, Asp.NET MVC SQL (Microsoft SQL Server 2017), Entity Framework, JavaScript / Typescript, Git, System design and specification
Desirable (non-essential) skills:
- Progress / Kendo UI
- Microsoft Azure
- API / Soap / Rest Service Integration
- Blazor
- iOS / Android Mobile Development (Xamarin or .NET Maui)
- Continuous Integration (Bamboo / Octopus / Bitbucket)
- Jira
- Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior developers
