We’re recruiting for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Bridgwater, Taunton, Wellington and the surrounding areas, delivering quality care in the home. This role involves working as part of a small team to support vulnerable children with personal care tasks, Epilepsy, Tracheostomy, Ventilation, posture care, and any additional daily living tasks required. Specialist training will be given, tailored to the packages of care you work on, so this is a great chance to upskill in new areas.

Role requirements

You’ll be an empathetic and compassionate support worker with experience of caring professionally or for a loved one. You must also be comfortable assisting clients with limited mobility and hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate (which we can help you obtain during the induction process). Ultimately, you’ll be fuelled by your desire to make a real difference to the lives of people in need. Access to your own vehicle is desirable but not required. You must have the right to work in the UK.
