Hippo Digital is recruiting a Systems Administrator to join our Hippo Herd.  We are a growing Digital Design Consultancy that delivers user-centred digital solutions that work for everyone. As Hippo has grown, so has the number of systems and services we use. As a Systems Administrator, you will be required to maintain our systems and ensure our data is appropriately secured which is critical to our success.

Your role in a nutshell:

• Provide technical support
• Maintenance and management of systems, in-line with defined guidance
• Ensure we remain compliant with Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO27001
• Configuration management of mobiles and laptops via MDM
• Configuration of SaaS applications e.g. Trello, Salesforce
• Maintenance and management of wireless networks
• Cost optimisation of systems
• Maintaining a record of hardware and software
