Are you a Business Development Manager – Systems looking for a new role based in Bedford, Bedfordshire? This position will be UK based and allows you to work from home, you will only need to come into the office one to two times a month. My client is an experienced company in the design and manufacture of products used for housing electronic systems. The ideal candidate will have experience of selling systems such as embedded computing platforms, 19″ racks & cabinets, rugged enclosures, backplanes &PCBAs, power supplies any other Systems. This candidate will need to have experience selling systems into the aerospace or defence industry.
The ideal Business Development Manager – Systems will have a blend of the following skills and experience:
- Someone who is well versed and connected in the defence industry.
- To actively and professionally manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and lead
- Management to prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations,
Negotiating and closing new business opportunities.
- Experience of selling products requiring design and manufacture.
- Experience in selling embedded systems such as embedded computing platforms, 19″ racks & cabinets, rugged enclosures, backplanes &PCBAs, power supplies
