Our client is a tech company that has been established for over 5 years and they provide content to cruise line companies. They are, however, about to also become a global feed for tour operators also. They have an amazing culture and genuinely care for their staff, which is proven by them offering the support and guidance to allow you to start your career as a Software Coding expert! The company have some really exciting growth plans and they want YOU to join them on the journey!

THE ROLE

Your main duties will include:

Responding to support tickets

Writing support articles

Building and troubleshooting new and existing external integrations into the system (in-house training will be provided)

Building and using relational databases

Assisting in other IT tasks

QA testing

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The recruitment for this role is entirely based on your integrity and attitude, as opposed to core skills. Obviously, you need to understand computers and have the mindset to understand the logic of API’s, flat files, XML, FTP etc., however, full training will be given. Oh, and of course, you will really want to learn!

The following skills and experience would be advantageous:

Knowledge of Mac systems

Knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets

SALARY, CONTRACT AND BENEFITS

This is a permanent position that offers a starting salary of £20,000. Your working hours will be Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm, however, they are a totally flexible company.

You will be required to work from home on a full time basis.

20 days holiday + bank holidays

This role has a start date of 5th July, 2021.
