UK Comes up with 6 – Point Plan to Counter Russia’s Invasion of Ukraine

Boris Johnson has developed a six-point plan to counter the #Russian invasion of #Ukraine:

• Forming an international coalition to provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine;  
• Supporting Ukraine’s self-defence;  
• Increasing economic pressure on #Russia.
• Preventing “creeping normalization” of Russian activities in Ukraine;  
• Strengthening security and stability throughout the Euro-Atlantic region;  
• Pursuing diplomatic ways toward de-escalation with #Kyiv full participation.

As the Russia-Ukraine war entered day 11, Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelenskyy made a “desperate plea” to US senators to send more planes to help in combating the Russian invasion. Several countries have either imposed sanctions or limited bilateral ties with Russia.
