Assam | Total lockdown declared in 7 dists-Goalpara, Golaghat, Jorhat, Lakhimpur, Sonitpur, Biswanath&Morigaon from July 7 till further notice. Round the clock curfew; commercial setups, restaurants, shops remain shut. Ban on public & pvt transport. Inter-state movement suspended
