(i) Primary Use Time
For each Fractional Interest owned, a Member may occupy a Residence of the purchased Residence Type for 21 nights in each Use Year; no rental fee is payable for such use. Additional Plan Benefits may be exercised in lieu of Primary
Occupancy Time.
(ii) Extended Occupancy Time
For each Fractional Interest owned, a Member may occupy a Residence of the purchased Residence Type for up to 14 nights at the Per Diem Rate. The Extended Occupancy Time is available once the Primary Use Time has been used or reserved in full. Additional Plan Benefits may not be exercised in lieu of Extended Occupancy Time and Guests of a Member may not occupy in lieu of Member under the Extended Occupancy Time.
(iii) Space Available Programme
Members who have used or reserved all Primary Occupancy Time and who have joined the Rental Programme may occupy a Residence for up to three consecutive nights at any one time at the Per Diem Rate on a space available basis. Additional Plan Benefits may not be exercised in lieu of occupancy under the Space Available Programme and Guests of a Member may not occupy in lieu of Member under the Space Available Programme.
