Do you have good organisational and administrative skills? We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Parks and Conservation team. You’ll support and assist with the management of Parks and Conservation across Anglian Waters portfolio of Parks including Rutland, Grafham, Alton & Pitsford Water, through efficient and effective administrative support.
What you’ll be doing:
In this key role you’ll support the Office and Events Manager with booking enquiries from initial enquiry, through quoting and booking confirmation. You’ll also manage the general administration of room bookings across the parks and organisation including booking and invoicing.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining the online booking system, adding courses, events and ensuring it is online at all times. You’ll also support with managing customer correspondence with booking enquiries and maintain and update the events website page with information of upcoming events and booking links.

What does it take to be successful?
* General keyboard skills
* Good organisational admin skills
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Applications
* Accurate note/minute taker
* Good communication skills (written & verbal)
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Shorthand skills is desirable but not essential
* Experience of data handling & spread sheet preparation would also be desirable
