Our client is a professional services firm looking for a Receptionist to join their dynamic team. This position is a front of house reception role which will also include providing administrative support to a team when needed.
Duties will include;
*Front of house reception duties
*Handling and fielding all incoming calls
*Meeting and greeting clients and booking meeting rooms
*Handling of post and dealing with couriers
*Providing administration support to the team
*Dealing with incoming emails and correspondence
*Typing of various business correspondence
*Procurement of office supplies
Candidates applying should have 2 years or more experience working in a receptionist role within a corporate business and possess good IT skills.
