  • We are looking for an estate agent, with sales or lettings experience, who is looking for a part time role with a long established boutique estate agency in the Esher area
  • This role is 3 days a week to include alternate Saturdays
  • £14.50 per hour plus great commission
  • You will need your own car for property viewings there is free easy parking at the office – car allowance provided

  • Long established in residential property sales and lettings in the Esher area this estate agency is known for their in depth knowledge of the property market and personalised service
  • Professional and independent estate agency
  • On going training ensuring you are up to date with the latest property market news and legislation

In this fantastic part time Sales and Lettings Negotiator role responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-day management of clients and enquiries
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • Obtaining and negotiating offers on properties to close property sales and lets

What we are looking for:

  • Candidates should have estate agency experience as a Sales or Lettings Negotiator
  • Someone who is motivated and keen to provide an exceptional customer journey from first contact through to successful property transaction
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You must have a UK driving licence and you will need your own car, a car allowance will be provided.
  • Local knowledge of the Esher area would be an advantage
